Hi lovelies,

Hope you are all doing good.

I'm in bed and totally in pain from yesterday's workout :( Well definitely my own fault because i quit fitness long time ago.. i don't know why! but ya stupid me and now again i finally got the motivation to go back and huhuu yes i made it... but now that it's been a long time since i ve workout out.. the sour muscles are here!!! for any of you whose never had it, uuoohh they hard so damn a lot! Mainly you know when you are trying to sit down somewhere...omg thats painfullllll.

So anyways leaving the pain aside, I actually go to the Migros Fitness parks and i basically always go to the group workout called "Body Pump"

There is a lot of working with weights here but for any of you thinking you are going to get big doing this... no your not! you obviously choose how much you want to lift for each workout so it is totally up to you.

I for example just take 1 - 2 kgs on each side for my chest and arms workout and go upto 5-6 kgs one each side for my lower body. i mainly focus on my lower body. 

And i seriously used to feel so fit and so full during the time i was going to the fitness. And i so want it back and that's exactly why i decided to go back. 

I rarely go workout by myself because i just don't really feel very motivated to do much when i workout by myself.  I do go workout by myself at times but i think they just last around 30 mins. I don't know why but i just don't get the motivation i have at the group workout when i m alone. which is why i choose to go to body pump. Which is also why i can't really workout at home even though my dad & my brothers have ton a lot of workout equipments at home.

And talking about how much i eat, it's also that i totally love food. I do eat a lot, i actually eat way more than my boyfriend does. I definitely  don't go to the fitness so that i get more slim or anything. Thank god i actually have my genes that totally i don't put on weight from eating. But i want to stay toned and fit, which is the only reason to go the fitness. 

And i am really also looking forward to eating healthy, i really want to have a food routine i can follow and i know it's healthy! If i do succeed in getting one, i will definitely share it with you guys. But obviously if any of my lovely followers are into clean eating, do let me know by commenting below ;)
